Return Policy: All Sales are Final

Once a payment goes through, payment processing fees are non-refundable to La Nena and to the Buyer

La Nena is not responsible for lost/ damaged packages.

If your item dose arrive damaged, contact ASAP

If the wrong item was shipped to you by mistake, email La Nena. Make sure you add a subject to you email, this helps me attend to your needs faster, send proof of your order and information, and a picture of the item that you recived and La Nena will make it right.

Was your package sent back?

When checking out you must include your FULL address, don't forget your house/apt/unit/etc. number.

La Nena is not responsible for insufficient addresses submitted by consumer.

La Nena is NOT responsible for any allergies or injuries of ANY KIND.
