I’ve been in the culinary industry for 14 years. Have my degree in Science, am graduate from a privet university in Culinary Arts. I was the owner and chef of a custom cake business, opened and worked fine dining restaurants.

Cooked for countless celebrities and have worked with well-known chefs. I’ve had my hands in pastry, savory, and beverages.

I have taken my ongoing knowledge and experience in the culinary industry as well as the kitchen knowledge from my beloved grandmother and applied it to everything I create for La Nena. To bring you a truly unique experience.
